Purchasing what I thought was an amazing deal on a seat cover set that were on sale at pet smart. The easy to install printed on the box sold me, later that night the seat covers turned out to be the worst purchase ever, and literally a nightmare and to make matters worse I bought a set!

I was so excited when Devoted Doggy asked me to try out and review the back seat cover at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest opinion. And so were our 2 dogs as they love car rides.

I really was shocked when I installed the seat cover that it literally took me seconds, they fit our Acura TSX perfect, I love that they have strayed away from the usual fitted sheet design that you find in major stores. They also are the most durable seat covers I have used; our Bully is still a puppy and his nails easily catch the perforated leather on the seat from the seat vents.

I was excited that they actually offer the covers in black just like car interior, no one wants to drive a car around with something that is brightly colored and looks like a tent on your seat. Or have a set of mismatched colors.

Other seat covers are no match for a large dog, you have to have the padding and quilting or your seats are still going to wear down and lose shape.

This is an amazing designed seat cover and actually protects your seats from your furry friend’s nails. It also has become a favorite of our dogs because Summer months make the leather super-hot, they don’t have to sit on a towel, or my jacket until the seats cool off no longer. They get in sprawl out and enjoy the AC on full blast trying to cool off my seat, I only purchased 1 front to make sure it was going to fit first.

I literally spent more time on the walk out to the car from the house than installing this. It is nice to have a cover that is easily installed, and can be taken down just as easy. We recently traded a car in just because the seat leather was too soft, it was terrible. Jeans with button pockets, wallets, practically anything left marks. Even if I did not own dogs, I would have purchased this to keep the seats in new condition in the car.

Here are the directions:

First: Make sure your bath or shower is hot and as steamy as possible. It is important for your skin to be already warm. Apply to your face and body in small circular movements. Leave the soap for between five and ten minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Second: Follow the Black Soap wash with a thorough exfoliation using the Moroccan exfoliating glove or "Kessa" . Rub in a vertical motion (not circular).

Third: After drying, and for the perfect compliment to the Black Soap treatment continue with a massage using Zakia's pure Argan Oil or one of our special facial oils.

The Moroccan "Beldi" Black Soap with precious Argan Oil was definitely a product I had never used, but now I am addicted. The smell of the product is unscented, however it has an amazing unscented new smell.

Lazy Lidz Eye Mask
I was born and raised in the country, now my husband and I live in the city. I have had a hard time getting adjusted to the strange noises and lights flickering through the curtains. I was happy when I was asked by the company to review this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion, I purchased this item at a low rate or received the product free for testing.

I was so glad to see that the strap adjusts so that it isn’t one size fits all, when the eye mask arrived it had ear plugs on the band. My husband and I joked about the dog snoring and how they were handy, the very next Saturday our neighbor began the ritual of letting their 2 large dogs outside anywhere between 4-6 AM to bark constant for hours. My husband got out of bed and went to the store, I however reached up grabbed the ear plugs, put them in and went to bed. I would recommend this as an essential for anyone whom lives in or near a city.

Whisk…The dreaded word of the one thing I try to avoid in the kitchen. I usually make food and desserts that have sticky batters, this means:

1. You get your arm workout for the day and if that doesn’t sound fun.

2. Enjoy cleaning the thing, seriously there is not 1 tool made that I can find to help clean the original round whisk. So I am forced to weave a washcloth throughout the thing like a basket. Sometimes I have even contemplated throwing the whisk away and just buying new.

I was excited when the Danish Dough Whisk when it arrived, my husband had been wanting me to bake some cupcakes and I was dreading my original style whisk. This whisk is large and perfect for working with large stainless mixing bowls. I have small hands and can easily grasp the handle with ease for whisking.

I decided to make my husband his cupcakes the day with the whisk arrived, I added my ingredients and began to whisk away while my original old round style whisk watched in disbelief from the baking utensil jar.

Within a few whisks my batter was done! Wait what…No extra 5 minute whisking that hurts your arm, and no chopping at the unblended clumps because there were none?
Exactly.. I had my cupcakes made in the fastest time yet, my husband was shocked.

I recommend this to everyone whom has to deal with the original style of whisk in their baking or cooking routine, seriously do yourself a favor and try one of these.

Shall I mention my favorite part; cleaning the whisk? I walked over to the sink turned the water on rinsed it off, and then washed with soap and it was done in under 1 minute.

Jasmine green is my daily go to choice, I love the light flavor the honeysuckle aromas of jasmine.  I like to drink this tea medium warm. I often brew a large batch and take this with me to go in the car or office.

Keemun Black Tea

I am just now experimenting with black teas as I have always thought they would taste like drinking straight coffee bitter and yuck. But I was wrong, brewing this I noticed a sweet orchid aroma and a dark orange color. The first time I made this I drank it warm and the second time I drank it hot with honey, drinking it hot is my preferred tempature.

Roasted Mate Chai

This tea has some of the following ingredients: roasted yerba mate, ginger, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, and black pepper. Chai is amazing but unfortunately I am allergic to certain spices most commonly in Chai. I did not test this out but the smell is amazing, I am going to email the company to get the full ingredients before trying this one.


Earl Grey Black Tea

The first time I tried Earl Grey from another tea vendor it was horrible, I could not even finish the drink.

This time I tried the Earl Grey I found that it was not bitter, or harsh. The citrus flavor is easily identified and makes this tea great iced on a hot day.

Organic Slimming Oolong Tea

I love Oolong tea, the tricky issue is finding the right brand for you. Some Oolongs can taste pretty much like soap, these typically are the cheap supermarket brands. I like to mix Oolong with Green tea the smooth taste, and nutty flavor leave you with an amazing aftertaste throughout the day as you drink it.
I like to drink this mixture especially if I am sick or having sinus issues. The blend soothes these issues.

Vanilla Rooibos

I had never tried the Vanilla Rooibus due to a horrible experience with a vanilla tea at Teavana. However I tried this tea expecting the worst, and yet I was very surprised. I recommend drinking this tea with the companies recommended dash of sugar and milk. Just don’t overdo it. This is a great evening relaxing tea.

I am a skincare addict, I use every product in product lines and have a weekly routine for exfoliating and using masks on the weekend.
